How To Use Blood Pressure Monitor: 

• Insert the air plug into the air jack securely.
• Put your arm through the cuff loop.
• Close the fabric fastener firmly.
• Press the START/STOP button. 
• The arm cuff will start to inflate automatically.
• The reading will be displayed.
• Remove the arm cuff.
• Press the START/STOP button to turn the monitor off.
